Includes 86 allowed claims with dates of death in the last policy year (7/1/12-6/30/13), as well as 39 allowed claims with dates of death that fell within the two-year filing period and were not included in previous memorials. This represents a change from the 2012 Fallen Workers Memorial, which only included deaths that occurred in the previous policy year and were either in alleged, allowed, allowed/appeal or hearing status. The change was made to ensure all individuals are recognized regardless of when their death claim was filed.
