At BWC, everything we do ties back to two simple purposes:
- Caring for people injured at work so they can return to their jobs and life as quickly as possible.
- Preventing people from ever getting injured at work in the first place.
When prevention & care come together, we help all of Ohio's employers and injured workers. Our work fulfills a promise we made more than a century ago when workers' comp began in Ohio.
We're looking for talented people to help us fulfill that promise.
