The Ohio Workers’ Compensation Board of Directors will be comprised of 11 members, appointed by the governor, with full voting rights. Board members will serve as fiduciaries to BWC. The board will also be required to perform specific functions and provide greater oversight for Ohio’s workers’ compensation system.

If you would like the nominating committee to consider recommending you to Ohio Governor Ted Strickland for selection to the Ohio Workers’ Compensation Board of Directors, please complete and submit the following:

  1. A Workers’ Compensation Board of Directors’ Application (click here to view);
  2. A Department of Boards and Commissions Questionnaire (click here to view);
  3. A resume.

The Nominating Committee will continue accepting applications up to July 6, 2007.
