BWC requests your feedback on latest ASC fee schedule

We've recently completed a comprehensive review of our Ambulatory Surgical Center Fee Schedule, which covers medical procedures, services and supplies.

Now, we'd like to hear from you. We've provided a copy of our proposed updated fee schedule for your review. Simply follow the instructions at the bottom of this page.
Note: You must read the copyright statement before you download the fee schedule. Once you read it, click on the link at the bottom of the page that reads "I accept the terms of the above agreement and want to view, download and print a copy of the fee schedule."

How to submit feedback

• E-mail comments to the Medical Services Division.
• Include your name, phone number, e-mail address and practice/specialty, if applicable.
• You must submit all comments by Nov. 26, 2010.

Note: Any change or revision to the fee schedule must go through the Ohio rule-making process before it becomes final. We will give your insights and suggestions serious consideration before we submit the fee schedule proposal to the BWC Board of Directors. April 2011 is the earliest date the fee schedule would go into effect if the board approves the proposal.
