BWC requests your feedback on proposed reimbursement rule

This is to announce that we are proposing changes to the current Hospital Inpatient Services Payment Rule, Ohio Administrative Code 4123-6-46 effective Feb. 1, 2010. Below is a link to a summary of those changes and the proposed rule, including those changes.

Now, we'd like to hear from you. After reviewing the proposal e-mail your comments to the Medical Services Division.

• Include your name, phone number, e-mail address and practice/specialty, if applicable.
• Submit all comments before Sept. 24.
