BWC requests your feedback on latest Provider Fee Schedule

We've recently completed a comprehensive review of our professional fee schedule for medical procedures, services and supplies. As a result, we've proposed updating the entire fee schedule, including all current procedure terminology (CPT) and health care procedural coding system (HCPCS) codes.

How to submit feedback

• E-mail comments to the Medical Services Division.
• Include your name, phone number, e-mail address and practice/specialty, if applicable.
• You must submit all comments before May 26.

Note: Any change or revision to the fee schedule must go through the Ohio rule-making process before it becomes final. We will give your insights and suggestions serious consideration before we submit the fee schedule proposal to the BWC Board of Directors on May 28. September 2009 is the earliest date the fee schedule would go into effect if the board approves the proposal this month.
