Program helps resolve differences

Neither management nor labor wants to see people get hurt on the job, or miss more work than necessary due to injuries.

The two sides do not always see eye to eye, however, on such solutions as BWC’s Drug-Free Workplace or Transitional Work programs.

Help is available to break down barriers to a safer and more productive workplace. BWC has partnered with the Ohio Labor-Management Cooperation Program (OLMCP), whose function is to promote understanding between labor and management on workplace issues.

OLMCP will not serve as an advocate for one side or the other, and its services are available at no extra cost.
