| This service offering is a one-stop shop for authorized users to look up information about their eligibility to participate in various BWC programs. By entering your policy number, you can access: - List of programs in which you're currently participating;
- List of all BWC programs and your eligibility status for each;
- If you're not eligible for a program, you'll see a list of reasons why. If eligible, you'll see a list of compatible programs;
- Hyperlinks to additional information about the program and the online application (during the application period).
To view all the information available in the service offering, click on the (+) sign next to Show all. Data is provided in real time and changes as appropriate. Note: Online applications will only be available during the enrollment period for each program. Enrollment dates vary and will be displayed under each program section. |
