Note: You're not required to list activities in every section. You may prioritize and choose which sections and which activities you want to accomplish first. Also, you don't have to complete everything in the first year. Evaluate both short-term and long-term improvements.
- A detailed description of the actions/activities to be implemented;
- The person responsible for monitoring the progress and completion of each item;
- The expected date for completing each item;
- The expected improvement to your safety process.
