Application for One Claim Program (OCP-1)

The One Claim Program (OCP) is open to employers currently enrolled in a group-experience-rating program and who will have one significant claim entering their experience for the first time. Beginning July 1, 2013, employers must complete this application each year they are eligible to participate up to a maximum of four possible years of participation. The application period is from Dec. 1 to the last business day in January for private, state-fund employers; June 1 and the last business day of July for public employers.
