To maximize the effectiveness of our safety training, the BWC Division of Safety &
Hygiene is asking students to complete a follow-up activity that relates to the
knowledge gained from the classroom experience. Beginning, July 1, 2003, students
will complete their assignments in their workplaces so they can produce real change
leading to a safer work environment.

After attending a class, you can choose from a list of possible activities or
customize an activity to be completed in your workplace. You must notify the Safety &
Hygiene Training Center of completion of this activity to be eligible to enroll in
another class.

Once you notify us that you've completed the activity, you will receive a certificate
for the class and will be able to enroll in other class. Note: Once you submit the
completed activity, allow us one business day to update our enrollment records.
