Medical Bills Inquiry
Introduction
All parties to the claim may view basic medical billing information related to the claim. Users must enter the claim number and then search for medical bills by date of service or the date of service and the billed amount. The following information will be displayed: servicing provider name, pay-to provider name, invoice number, date of service, managed care organization (MCO) name and phone number, MCO identification number, date funds were released, status of the bill, remit number, amount billed and the amount paid.

To use the medical bill inquiry function, you will need to: Enter a valid claim number; Enter the date of service or the date of service and the billed amount.
