This service offering allows authorized users to search our records to:

Throughout an employer's relationship with BWC, our records will reflect a particular coverage status based on the activity or lack of activity in the employer's policy. When an employer establishes coverage, the coverage status will be Active. If we do not receive an employer's premium payment timely, the coverage status will become Noncompliant. If the employer sends the premium payment after the due date, the coverage status will become Active effective the date we received the payment. The definitions below will help you better understand coverage status.

Note: Policy status is based on information we have at the time you conduct the search. Please check this site frequently to confirm the status as it does change due to the payment schedule and the payment validation process.

For more details and definitions on policy status, go to the Coverage history review and update service offering.
