Injured workers, their representatives and their designees can view individual, personal claim information online. Injured workers can update their own personal claim information, with the exception of their Social Security number. To change a Social Security number, contact the assigned claims service specialist. Designees and authorized representatives cannot update injured workers' personal claim information online.
