(A) The bureau shall establish an initial employer enrollment period during which managed care organizations may solicit employers. Each employer may select an MCO for the period of one year, subject to paragraph (B) of rule 4123-6-052 of the Administrative Code.
(B) After the initial employer enrollment period at the inception of the HPP, the bureau shall establish an annual open enrollment period during which time an employer may change its selection of an MCO.
(C) During employer open enrollment periods or upon an employer's initial establishment of workers' compensation coverage, the bureau shall distribute to employers the list of all bureau-certified MCOs pursuant to rule 4123-6-034 of the Administrative Code.
