(A) An MCO shall credential a provider network based on the geographic area in which the MCO determines it shall compete. The network may include out-of-state providers.
(B) An MCO may limit the number of providers on its panel but must do so based upon objective criteria approved by the bureau without discrimination by provider type, in accordance with paragraphs (D) and (E) of rule 4123-6-032 of the Administrative Code.
(C) An MCO provider network shall provide a full range of medical services and supplies for injured workers and demonstrate the ability to provide access for specialized services.
