Notice to Key2Benefits cardholders

KeyBank is adding an extra Web page (see below) to ensure cardholders can securely access their accounts online. Starting Aug. 9, 2015, you must follow these three steps to get to the Key2Benefits login page.

1. Enter the first 9 (nine) digits of your card number.
2. Check the Remember me box so you don't have to re-enter your card number on future visits to the website.
3. Then click the Submit button.

Following these steps will take you to the login page (below) you're used to seeing to access your Key2Benefits account. Continue as usual by entering your User ID and Password to log in to your account. Everything else will stay the same.
