BWC requests your feedback on latest Vocational Rehabilitation Provider Fee Schedule and rules

This is to announce that we're proposing changes to the current Vocational Rehabilitation Provider Fee Schedule, Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 4123-18-09 and Appendix A. We're also proposing changes to OAC 4123-18-04 Living Maintenance and OAC 4123-18-05 Individual Written Rehabilitation Plan in support of the changes in the proposed fee schedule. All changes would be effective Sept. 1.

Now, we'd like to hear from you. We've provided a copy of our proposed updates online for your review. Simply follow the instructions at the bottom of this page.

• Email comments to the Medical Services Division.
• Include your name, phone number, email address and practice/specialty, if applicable.
• You must submit all comments before March 18.

Note: Any change or revision to the fee schedule must go through the Ohio rule-making process before it becomes final. We will give your insights and suggestions serious consideration before we submit the fee schedule proposal to the BWC Board of Directors.
