Claim payment transactions allows users to download/print monthly medical and indemnity payment transactions for a particular policy. You can download all payment transactions for the month selected or view payment transactions for a specific claim during that month.

Here′s some additional information to help you better understand this service offering.
You can narrow your search in one of two ways. Enter a date range based on dates of injury, or select a specific month. If you do not enter a time period based on dates of injury, you will see payment transactions for all your claims. If you do not select a specific month, it will default to the last complete month. You can look up payment transactions for any of the previous 13 months. Those 13 months will change as each month passes.
Example: Today is July 1, the search defaults to the month of June. However, you can view payments transactions for any month between June 1 2007, and today.
