The information will download as an Excel spreadsheet. You can search by a specific period of time, dollar amount of change in the reserve or percentage change in the reserve. Here are some definitions that will help you use the report. - Policy number - BWC-assigned number you entered to conduct this search
- Claim number - BWC-assigned number for this claim
- New total reserve - Current reserve amount
- New prediction date - Month, day and year the reserve changed for this claim
- Previous total reserve - Reserve amount as of the last quarter end date
- Previous prediction date - Month, day and year the previous total reserve was set
- Reasons for change - Answers the question of why the reserve changed. There can be up to five reasons for a change, and you′ll see each reason described in a separate column.
