Registered borrowers (those with a BWC-assigned borrower ID) from the video library can use this service offering to manage their borrower account. They can:

• Update contact information;
• View your borrowing history;
• Renew borrowed materials.

To access your video library borrower account, you'll need your workers' comp policy number and your borrower ID. If you don�t know your policy number, contact someone in your human resources department or the person who handles workers' comp for your business. Forgot your borrower ID?
