Instructions for changing the Federal ID number or Social Security Number.

BWC will not accept an employer name change online that involves changing the federal ID or Social Security number. If you are changing the federal ID or Social Security number for your policy, you also may be changing your business entity type. In addition, you may have the option of keeping your existing policy or obtaining a new one. These options can affect your account in various ways.
