Your first week

  • Attend New Employee Orientation on day two.
  • Meet with your designated floor warden to learn about department-specific safety and emergency information.
  • Get familiar with BWC's Employee Handbook.
  • Learn where to find additional departmental policies.
  • Ask any other questions on benefits, important deadlines, etc.
  • Try to get comfortable with your computer. Work with your IT field support representative to go over the basics of logging in, email, saving and storing documents, logging off, etc.
  • Review tutorials to learn more about your computer, available applications and desk phone.
  • Find out about additional trainings and tutorials you will be expected to complete in the coming days and weeks.
  • If you are having any computer or phone issues, contact the BWC Service Desk or your local IT field support representative.
  • Begin work on your first assignment.
